Project Details:

Our team performed grading and earthwork operations from 2006 to 2008, helping prepare this premier costal development for construction.  The work required careful planning, precise mass grading, and close coordination to support building pads, roadways, utilities, drainage, and site improvements across a challenging oceanfront site. With a strong focus on safety, schedule, and quality, we helped create a stable foundation for one of Southern California’s most recognized resort properties.
