TIRE CLAUSE/TIRE DAMAGE. Rock impact/pipe damage/rebar damage/side wall cuts charges for any tire damage is % of thread depth remaining on said tire. Customer shall incur cost to replace ripper points/teeth, and cutting edges for excessive wear.
Not resposible for damages to underground facilities within the boundaries of excavation, when such facilities are not marked prior to start of work. All equipment subject to 4 hour minimum per day each day. Labor subject to 8 hour minimum if required for more than 6 hours, 6 hour minimum if required for more than 4 hours. No standby time. Move out will be charged if not rented 2 full days-unless moved to a different job- only equipment transported on low bed. Insurance certificates will be furnished upon request. Rates subject to change without notice.
TERMS: Due and payable upon receipt of invoice. Payment not received by us by the 30th day of the month following the date of start work shall become delinquent and accrue a late charge for delinquency of 1 1/2% per month annum. If legal action is necessary to collect the unpaid amounts, the balance due will include late charges, interest and if the courts award attorney's fees and court costs actually incurred to the prevailing party. Current legal health & safety regulations and or requirements will be enforced on every project.
